Chiardiluna is a portable lamp that can be used indoors or outdoors. It is made of a blown borosilicate glass containing a luminous ‘stopper’ and has a removable steel and plastic handle. The LED light diffuses delicately – like the light of the full moon – onto the lamp’s supporting surface, such as a restaurant table, the path through a garden, the floor of a terrace. The luminous ‘stopper’ can be removed and is powered by batteries that can be recharged using the wireless phone charging pad; the cover contains a touch-sensitive switch ⁄ dimmer. Inside the glass container it is possible to insert a small personal object (a shell, a twig, a stone, etc.) or choose, among those proposed, a Murano blown glass placeholder.
